She Sir's seminal 2006 debut Who Can't Say Yes EP was named one of the "Best of the 2000's" decade (The San Francisco Appeal) and earned the distinction of being included in Japan's definitive Shoegazer Disc Guide book alongside My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Ringo Deathstarr, and more. Songs like "It's My Way Of Staying Connected" and "I Love You, Blowtorch Eyes" have etched themselves into the psyches of shoegaze fans around the world.

With the arrival of this new vinyl reissue 11 years after its initial release, Who Can't Say Yes remains as popular and relevant as ever. A new generation of fans will discover She Sir's masterful EP for the first time as older fans who've followed the band for years will be treated to a new unique listening experience. The release was entirely remixed by Louie Lino (Nada Surf, The New Pornographers, Doug Gillard) from the original tape reels and remastered by Joe Lambert (Animal Collective, Deerhunter, The National). This reissue also includes an added bonus track: a previously-unreleased alternate version of the song "I Love You, Blowtorch Eyes" originally recorded in 2005.

The reissue of Who Can't Say Yes will be released on July 21, 2017 on a limited edition Coke Bottle Green translucent vinyl with Black and White Splatter.

Praise for She Sir:

"She Sir is devoted to the cult of the song, fervently, almost spiritually, calibrating and exploring tones, drum patterns and complex academic harmonies in order to perfectly realize their psychedelic mini-suites. This band, like their hero Brian Wilson, exudes the prodigal coolness of a visionary lost in a room full of instruments, in search of some greater truth."
- Edward Charlton, Clicky Clicky Music

"Shimmer-pop breakdown."
- The Austin Chronicle

"Thoughtful, thundering-yet-unassuming, an at-first cacophonous tune which yields beauty through listener focus, like a musical Magic Eye puzzle."
- Austin-American Statesman / Austin 360

"You can't come across music that gets much better than She Sir. It's a combination of warmth, pop, and effortless beauty."
- Austin Town Hall
